Hunting
Yesterday I eagerly opened my e-mail to get my first preview of houses for sale in our area. I cannot believe some of the prices here in Texas (unbelievably low compared to Seattle). Aside from building equity, paying a mortgage will be much less expensive than our current rent and we will be home owners. This is so strangely adult - we're grown-ups now aren't we?
