Earth Day
Happy Earth Day everyone! Today I am focusing on conservation of water, energy and resources. I hid the garbage cans in my classroom (this might be a more permanent feature) to force students to toss their paper scraps in the recycling bin. I am going to take a super short shower after water polo, instead of lingering like I tend to do. People expect me to be some sort of environmentalist, being that I am from Seattle. One of the exciting things about owing a home is the ability to recycle from the curb, I can't wait. What are changes you can make to impact our planet?
