Group
Last week I joined a local running group that is training for the San Antonio Marathon & 1/2 marathon.  I'm not sure my poor body could make it 26 miles while still running, but I'm willing to try for 13.  Not bad considering I have until November to be ready.  I feel slow and tired when I try to breathe the thick air, but it is nice to have the group for encouragement.  Today, I think I'll take a nap.
