When I saw this pillow and then learned that it was an embroidery kit it reminded me of a good friend and her husband. He is very much into what she coined as the Urban Rustic style. She is great at indulging his decoration whims and does some killer needlepoint. The reason I lit up when I saw this pillow project is because the second wedding anniversary gift is traditionally cotton and this could be a lasting work of art in their home. It will probably take me two years of searching to find something for my tech-savvy husband that is also cotton.
