Lavender
Where had I disappeared to? My husband and I whisked ourselves away to the quaint little town of Fredericksburg, TX for a relaxing weekend. I was the official race photographer while my husband competed in a local 5k and then we explored the town and found ourselves at the Becker Vineyard's annual lavender festival. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as we sampled wine, chocolates and lavender. It was a great few days, now I am ready for the week. How was your weekend?

So that is where those pictures on FB are from?! Reminds me that I should read up about the lavender in my raised bed - looking pale and needy.
